Financial protection — our plans
Please note: financial protection is not yet in place. Euro Padel Travel does not currently hold financial protection cover. We are putting arrangements in place before we take bookings at scale, and this page will be updated to confirm the details once cover is live.
Financial protection means that if a travel organiser were to fail, customers' money is safeguarded — so you either get the trip you've paid for or your money back, rather than losing out. It's an important safeguard, and it's something we take seriously.
Our intention is to put ABTOT (the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust) financial protection in place. We want the protection sorted properly before we scale up bookings, rather than claiming cover we don't yet hold.
We'd rather be straight with you about where we are. When cover is in place, we'll update this page with the specifics of what is protected and how. Until then, please treat this page as a statement of intent, not a guarantee of current cover.
