For club organisers
Padel trips for your club, organised properly
Take your club away for a few days of padel in Spain, Portugal and Italy. We find the place, book the courts and look after the details. You bring the players.

How a club trip works
Tell us about your club
Roughly how many are coming, a month or two that suits, the level of play and where you fancy. Nothing is fixed at this point.
We put together options
A hand-picked villa with its own court, or a hotel with courts on site or a short drive away, with court time booked for the group. Coaching or an Americano can go in too. Each option comes as one price per person.
Share it with your players
Everyone signs up through one link, so there is no spreadsheet to keep and no chasing who's in.
Go and play
We look after the arrangements before and during the trip, so you can enjoy it as a player rather than the person holding it all together.
Stays are 3, 5 or 7 nights. We'd usually suggest 5.
For the organiser
The free 8th place
Bring a group of 8 or more and your own place is free. It's our thank you for getting everyone together.
Your place is earned once seven other players have paid their deposits, and once it's earned it stays free, even if someone drops out later. We confirm it in writing on your quote.

Good to know
Questions organisers ask
How many people do we need?
Trips are built for groups of eight, and we can plan for four or more. Padel is played in fours, so 8, 12 or 16 fill the courts neatly, but tell us your numbers and we will plan around them.
How long is a club trip?
Stays are 3, 5 or 7 nights. We'd usually suggest 5: enough days to play properly and still have time off court.
How does the free 8th place work?
When 8 or more of you travel, the organiser's place is free. It's earned once seven other players have paid their deposits, and once earned it stays free. We confirm it in writing on your quote.
Can players of different levels come?
Yes. Padel mixes well across levels. We can add coaching for anyone who wants it, or set up an Americano so everyone gets a good game against new partners.
Do you book flights?
No. Everyone books their own flights, which keeps it simple for players travelling at different times. We arrange the stay and the padel.
Why is there no price on this page?
Every trip is priced for your group, your dates and the place you choose, so we don't publish prices. Send an enquiry and we'll come back with options. There's nothing to pay at that stage.

Rough numbers and a month are plenty to start with. We'll come back with a couple of options for you to share with your players.
