Pricing
What a padel trip costs, and what's included
A padel holiday is priced per group, not per bed. This page explains what a quote covers, what it leaves out, and what moves the number, without publishing prices we would have to break.
How much does a padel holiday cost?
There is no single price, and any site that publishes one is quoting a bed rather than a trip. A padel holiday is priced per group once the dates, the number of players, the room configuration and the number of courts are known. Euro Padel Travel quotes each trip individually and does not publish prices.
What does a padel trip quote include?
Accommodation for the group, court hire at the club, transfers on the ground where they are needed, and any coaching arranged. Quotes are land only: flights are not included.
Why are flights not included?
Because you can book a better route, time and price from your nearest airport than any fixed flight we could bundle, and because a land-only trip is simpler to protect properly. Guests book their own flights directly with an airline.
What changes the price most?
Four things, in this order: the season and the exact week, the number of nights, the standard of the accommodation, and how many courts and coaching sessions the group wants. Group size matters less per person than people expect, because rooms and courts are bought in blocks.
Is there a minimum group size?
Four players is the minimum for a trip to run. Eight is the size most of our trips are built around: two courts of four, two players per room.
How long is a quote valid?
Seventy-two hours by default. Where a hotel, villa or club has given us its own expiry date in writing, the quote can run to that date instead.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance is not included, and we ask groups to arrange their own cover before travelling.
Is Euro Padel Travel ATOL protected?
No. We do not sell flights and we do not hold an ATOL, and ATOL only protects packages that include a flight. Our trips are land only, and financial protection is intended to come from a trust account.
What a quote looks like
One figure per person, for the whole group, covering the room, the courts, the transfers and any coaching, with the dates and the room configuration written into it. The eighth place is free on a group of eight: seven payers fund it between them, and the headline price shows that rather than hiding it.
Every quote states how long it holds, what is not included, and what happens if someone drops out. The total does not change after a deposit; the share per person does, if the group shrinks.
